Hi, my name is Holly. I am just a pup under one year old. I have been at the SPCA of Westchester since October 2006. I was found as a stray and no one came to claim me.


I'm a beauty, huh? The teeth are a little crooked, but that just adds to my charm!


Every weekend volunteers visit us here at the shelter. They take us for walks and work on our manners. They say I have something called "potential". I don't know what that means, but I hope it is good. They also say I have good focus. I don't know what that means either, but I do know when I sit and look at them I get yummy treats.













Here I am doing a nice sit then I just can't resist, I rollover because that always gets me a belly rub!


Here I am with my roomie Blanco. Here at the shelter, if you get along with other dogs they will let you live together. Blanco is a nice boy. He was found as a stray as well. He has one really pretty blue eye! Can you see me under his head sharing a drink of water?

Here I am being "lured" into a down. That means I don't know how to do down yet, so they have to tempt me into it with a treat. If you visit my blog again I will show you how I learn new things every week.
